Practical, interactive sessions built around your team and the change you're trying to make.

Every workplace is different.
Which is why every workshop is designed around the needs of the organisation and its people.
Louise delivers practical, interactive workshops that combine lived trade experience with coaching, education and real-world strategies. Rather than simply delivering information, each workshop encourages discussion, reflection and practical application, creating an environment where participants feel comfortable sharing experiences, asking questions and learning from one another.
Workshops can be delivered as standalone sessions, or built into larger conferences, leadership programs and professional development initiatives.
Apprentices, qualified tradeswomen, supervisors, leadership teams. Whoever is in the room, the workshops are designed to create practical outcomes that continue long after the session has finished.
Real workplace challenges. Practical conversations.
Actionable takeaways.
Every workshop is tailored to your organisation and the change you want to create. Common workshop topics include:
Respect at work training that creates workplace cultures where everyone feels respected, valued and able to contribute.
One hour through to half day and full day sessions.
A series of connected workshops over several months, built for sustained change rather than a single hit.
Smaller, highly interactive sessions delivered alongside a larger event.
Facilitated conversations for leadership teams on culture, confidence, inclusion and supporting diverse teams.
Small group facilitated sessions for collaboration and problem solving.
Interactive sessions for apprentices, emerging leaders and qualified tradeswomen.
Designed alongside your team to line up with specific objectives and priorities.
Organisations see:
Power and Water Corporation wanted a development day that genuinely supported the women across their organisation. It covered two very different rooms: an apprentice session for electricians and plumbers, then a session open to tradeswomen from across the business.
Rather than delivering the same content twice, Louise built two tailored 90 minute sessions around nine practical confidence and career development strategies, each one grounded in real workplace stories.
Participants left with tools they could use immediately, and with something harder to measure but just as useful: the understanding that the challenges they’d been carrying on their own are both common and manageable.
Real trade experience and now a bigger mission for the industry.

Yes, and many organisations do exactly that. A keynote opens the conversation across a bigger group, then workshops go deeper with the people who need it most. Learn more about keynote speaking here.
